Shoyoroll is committed to providing premium jiu-jitsu gear; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Pack your gear securely in its original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the kimono is folded neatly to avoid damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at an authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the condition of your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
